Unsere Dienstleistungen in der Personalvermittlung haben sich 2021 mit der Durchf\u00fchrung von Recruiting-Projekten von Junior, Middle und Senior Management-Profilen in Deutschland und Italien mit einer Einstellungsquote von \u00fcber 85 %<\/strong> erfolgreich konsolidiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf unserem Jobportal f\u00fcr die deutsch-italienische Community haben wir insgesamt mehr als 120 Stellenanzeigen <\/strong>ver\u00f6ffentlicht und diese auf den wichtigsten Jobb\u00f6rsen in Deutschland und Italien gepostet sowie \u00fcber unseren Jobletter-Service an einen st\u00e4ndig wachsenden Bewerberpool verteilt. Im Jahr 2021 wurden die Stellenanzeigen dabei \u00fcber 18.000-mal<\/strong> aufgerufen und wir haben insgesamt \u00fcber 600 Bewerbungen<\/strong> auf unserem Applicant-Tracking-System erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Laufe des Jahres war es ebenfalls ein gro\u00dfes Ziel, die Employer Branding-M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die Mitgliedsunternehmen der AHK Italien zu f\u00f6rdern. Hierf\u00fcr haben wir eine Plattform f\u00fcr die deutsch-italienische Employer-Community <\/strong>ins Leben gerufen, auf der die Unternehmen die M\u00f6glichkeit haben, sich als attraktive Arbeitgeber in ihren Zielm\u00e4rkten zu positionieren. Die Plattform, die ab dem ersten Quartal 2022 aktiv ist, erm\u00f6glicht es Unternehmen, sich mit gebrandeten Inhalten zu pr\u00e4sentieren und die Werte, die ihre Unternehmenskultur auszeichnen, klar zu kommunizieren sowie auf ihr Target abgestimmte Stellenangebote zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen und sich mit anderen Unternehmen in der Community zu vernetzen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
