{"id":5147,"date":"2023-03-03T17:34:21","date_gmt":"2023-03-03T17:34:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ahk-report.it\/?p=5147"},"modified":"2023-04-04T09:45:18","modified_gmt":"2023-04-04T09:45:18","slug":"hr-initiativen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ahk-report.it\/de\/hr-initiativen\/","title":{"rendered":"HR-Initiativen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Community HR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Community In 2022 haben wir die <strong>Networking- und Peergruppen f\u00fcr HR-ManagerInnen<\/strong> unserer Mitgliedsunternehmen verst\u00e4rkt, um die aktuellen Herausforderungen und Trends im Bereich HR zu diskutieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In zwei Gruppen, eine f\u00fcr <strong>Gro\u00dfunternehmen und eine f\u00fcr KMUs, <\/strong>, &nbsp;wurden Themen von gemeinsamen Interesse identifiziert und in regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Treffen vertieft. Am moderierten Austausch innerhalb der beiden Gruppen wurden auch themenbezogen ExpertInnen und Coaches eingebunden. Zu den diskutierten Themen geh\u00f6rten: Vielfalt und Inklusion, erfolgreiche Steuerung von unterschiedlichen Generationen als Bindungsstrategie und Auswirkung auf das Betriebsklima und die Motivation der Mitarbeitenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employer Branding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Thema <strong>Employer Branding<\/strong> spielt f\u00fcr unsere Unternehmen nach wie vor eine bedeutende Rolle bei der Talentsuche und Mitarbeiterbindung.
