Im Laufe des Jahres hat unser Team <strong>\u00fcber 40 Projekte<\/strong> <strong>in der Personalsuche- und Auswahl<\/strong> von Junior-, Middle- und Expertprofilen durchgef\u00fchrt, mit einer <strong>Einstellungsquote von \u00fcber 75%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unser <strong>Jobportal<\/strong>, welches sich an die Deutsch-Italienischen Employer Community richtet, weist eine signifikante Entwicklung auf: 2022 wurden <strong>138 Anzeigen<\/strong> ver\u00f6ffentlicht, mit einer Gesamtzahl von <strong>38.000 Aufrufen<\/strong> und <strong>mehr als 2.000 eingegangenen Bewerbungen<\/strong>. Neben unserem Jobportal wurden die Stellenanzeigen ebenfalls auf den gr\u00f6\u00dften italienischen und deutschen Jobboards beworben und wurden mittels unseres <strong>Jobletter Services<\/strong> gezielt mit potenziell interessierten KandidatInnen geteilt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dank unserer Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen und italienischen Partnern konnten wir mehrere Projekte zur <strong>Unterst\u00fctzung der Analyse der Verg\u00fctungspolitik<\/strong> von Unternehmen und <strong>Gehaltsbenchmarks <\/strong>umsetzen. Hierbei haben wir den Unternehmen Informationen und ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Reports in zweisprachiger Form zu nationalen Benchmarks, auf Position und Sektor angepasst, bereitgestellt.
