Juni 2022 haben die AHK-Mitglieder <strong>den neuen Vorstand<\/strong> gew\u00e4hlt, welcher bis 2025 im Amt bleiben wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So wurde unser Vorstand mit der Wahl von <strong>15 Mitgliedern<\/strong> erneuert, die mit ihren jeweiligen Unternehmen die verschiedenen Seelen der AHK Italien in Bezug auf Unternehmensgr\u00f6\u00dfe und Produktionsbereiche optimal darstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahk-italien.it\/ueber-uns\/vorstand\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-thb-accent-color\">Erfahren Sie mehr \u00fcber unseren Vorstand<\/mark><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der neu gew\u00e4hlte Vorstand hat die deutsch-italienische Wirtschaftspartnerschaft weiter gef\u00f6rdert und unsere Aktivit\u00e4ten noch st\u00e4rker im europ\u00e4ischen Projekt verankert. Die Wahl 2022 fand zur Zeit <strong>tiefgreifender wirtschaftlicher Umw\u00e4lzungen<\/strong> im Zusammenhang mit der Pandemie und dem Krieg in der Ukraine statt, deren ganzes Ausma\u00df noch nicht absehbar ist. Im Mittelpunkt der kommenden Jahre stehen f\u00fcr den AHK-Vorstand daher die <strong>Energiewende<\/strong>, insbesondere die Unterst\u00fctzung von <strong>KMU<\/strong>, die im deutsch-italienischen Wirtschaftsraum t\u00e4tig sind, die <strong>nachhaltige Umstrukturierung der Lieferketten<\/strong> sowie die F\u00f6rderung von <strong>dualen Ausbildungsaktivit\u00e4ten<\/strong> in Italien, um hochspezialisierte Profile im Arbeitsmarkt sicherzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie \u00fcblich werden unsere Aktivit\u00e4ten in einem st\u00e4ndigen Dialog mit den politischen und wirtschaftlichen Akteuren und Institutionen beider L\u00e4nder durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In unserem Mail\u00e4nder B\u00fcro arbeiten <strong>\u00fcber 60 Mitarbeiter<\/strong> jeden Tag daran, das Wachstum unserer Organisation und unserer Community zu sichern. Seit dem Jahr 2021 sind wir als <strong>\u201eGreat Place to Work\u201c<\/strong> zertifiziert, und 2022 standen wir <strong>an dritter Stelle unter den besten Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen f\u00fcr Frauen<\/strong> in Italien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besonderes Augenmerk wird nicht nur auf die stetige Optimierung der Dienstleistungen f\u00fcr Mitglieder und Kunden gelegt, sondern auch auf die Verbesserung interner Workflows durch Digitalisierung und Weiterbildung. In diesem Sinne wird unser <strong>Change-Management-Programm \u201eFuture Fitness\u201c<\/strong> auch nach dem 100.
