Im Mittelpunkt der kommenden Jahre stehen f\u00fcr den AHK-Vorstand daher die\u00a0<strong>Energiewende<\/strong>, insbesondere die Unterst\u00fctzung von\u00a0<strong>KMU<\/strong>, die im deutsch-italienischen Wirtschaftsraum t\u00e4tig sind, die\u00a0<strong>nachhaltige Umstrukturierung der Lieferketten<\/strong>\u00a0sowie die F\u00f6rderung von\u00a0<strong>dualen Ausbildungsaktivit\u00e4ten<\/strong>\u00a0in Italien, um hochspezialisierte Profile im Arbeitsmarkt sicherzustellen. Die Aktivit\u00e4ten der AHK und ihrer Organe werden weiterhin in einem st\u00e4ndigen Dialog mit den politisch-wirtschaftlichen Akteuren und Institutionen beider L\u00e4nder stattfinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In unserem Mail\u00e4nder B\u00fcro arbeiten \u00fcber 70 Mitarbeiter jeden Tag daran, das Wachstum unserer Organisation und unserer Community zu sichern. Besonderes Augenmerk wird nicht nur auf die stetige Optimierung der Dienstleistungen f\u00fcr Mitglieder und Kunden gelegt, sondern auch auf die Verbesserung interner Workflows durch Digitalisierung und Weiterbildung. In diesem Sinne wird unser Change-Management-Programm \u201eFuture Fitness\u201c auch nach dem 100.
