Im Februar haben wir die 2023er-Ausgabe von unserem Cross-Mentoring Program <\/strong>zum Thema Female Leadership<\/strong> abgeschlossen. Beim Abschlussevent mit \u00fcber 100 G\u00e4sten nahm Pegah Moshir Pour<\/strong> als Ehrengast teil \u2013 eine bekannte Aktivistin f\u00fcr Female Empowerment und DE&I.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die vierte Ausgabe des Cross-Mentoring Programs hat 2024 einen neuen Rekord aufgestellt: 62 Mentees und MentorInnen<\/strong> haben teilgenommen, mit insgesamt 28<\/strong> beteiligten Unternehmen<\/strong>. Davon waren mehr als 70%<\/strong> der Unternehmen bereits in der Ausgabe 2023 dabei und 25 %<\/strong> nehmen seit der ersten Ausgabe teil.  Damit best\u00e4tigt sich das Cross-Mentoring Programm erneut als eine sehr beliebte Initiative innerhalb unserer Business Community. Sein Erfolg beruht auch auf dem starken Zugeh\u00f6rigkeitsgef\u00fchl und dem Engagement unserer MentorInnen, die ihre Zeit, Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen, um das pers\u00f6nliche und berufliche Wachstum der Mentees bestm\u00f6glich zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W\u00e4hrend der zehn Monate des Programms haben die 124 Teilnehmenden an individuellen Mentoring-Gespr\u00e4chen, Workshops, Coaching Sessions, Networking Veranstaltungen und Treffen zur Vertiefung von Themen wie Leadership und Gender Empowerment teilgenommen. Als Testimonial und Role Models waren Anna Grassano-Rauch<\/strong> (General Manager Italien, Griechenland und Israel bei Beiersdorf) und Maria Giuseppina<\/strong> Cer\u00e8 <\/strong>(Chief Information Officer Italy bei Deutsche Bank) vertreten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Bereich der Fort- und Weiterbildung brachte das Jahr 2024 zahlreiche Kooperationen zur Gestaltung von Corporate-Kursen<\/strong>, die auf die spezifischen Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Unternehmen unserer Community zugeschnitten sind: von Workshops mit der LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae Methode <\/strong>\u00fcber Experience-Learning-Deutschkurse<\/strong> bis hin zu Storytelling<\/strong>-Kurse sowie Workshops \u00fcber Kommunikation<\/strong> und<\/strong> Leadership<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dank der Zusammenarbeit mit unserem bew\u00e4hrten Pool aus Partnern, Coaches und TrainerInnen haben wir unternehmens\u00fcbergreifende Kurse in verschiedenen Bereichen, wie Data Analysis, Public Speaking, Project Management, Leadership, Kommunikation&Feedback <\/strong>durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
