{"id":6687,"date":"2025-02-18T16:03:49","date_gmt":"2025-02-18T16:03:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ahk-report.it\/?p=6687"},"modified":"2025-02-18T16:07:17","modified_gmt":"2025-02-18T16:07:17","slug":"hr-initiativen-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ahk-report.it\/de\/hr-initiativen-3\/","title":{"rendered":"HR-Initiativen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Im Mai 2024 wurde die zweite Ausgabe der <strong>Community D&amp;I<\/strong> ins Leben gerufen: eine Gruppe von MitarbeiterInnen unserer Mitgliedsunternehmen, die sich rund um die Themen <strong>Diversit\u00e4t und Inklusion<\/strong> in Unternehmen austauschen.&nbsp;<strong>31 Teilnehmende<\/strong> aus <strong>20 Unternehmen<\/strong> nahmen an 6 Online- und Pr\u00e4senzveranstaltungen teil \u2013 darunter \u201eInspiring Moments\u201c, Networking-Treffen sowie interaktive und bildende Workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die erste Networking-Veranstaltung im Juni erm\u00f6glichte es der Community, sich durch eine Speed-Dating-Aktivit\u00e4t kennenzulernen und gemeinsame Erwartungen sowie Ziele zu definieren. Beim zweiten Treffen im September war <strong>Francesca Fenocchio<\/strong>, Silbermedaillengewinnerin der Paralympischen Spiele 2012 in London im Handbike, vertreten. Sie engagiert sich f\u00fcr Sensibilisierung zum Thema Behinderung in Unternehmen und Schulen. Beim dritten Treffen im November arbeiteten die Teilnehmenden mit der <strong>LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae<\/strong>-Methode, um ihre Vision f\u00fcr eine inklusive Arbeitswelt der Zukunft zu teilen. In der Gruppe der Gro\u00dfunternehmen lag der Fokus des zweiten Treffens im November auf dem <strong>Age Management<\/strong>, insbesondere auf der Frage, wie das Miteinander verschiedener Generationen innerhalb einer Organisation gestaltet werden kann. Mit Blick auf die \u00e4lteren Besch\u00e4ftigten wurde zudem \u00fcber <strong>Vorruhestandsregelungen<\/strong> diskutiert. In der Gruppe der KMUs lag der Fokus des Treffens im November auf dem Thema des Engagements, insbesondere auf der Frage, wie Teambuilding-Momente geschaffen werden k\u00f6nnen, um die <strong>Unternehmenskultur<\/strong> zu f\u00f6rdern.
